Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We make every effort to fill orders that are received prior to 12 noon CST, Monday through Friday, on the same day the order is placed. However, we cannot guarantee your order will ship on the same day it is placed, especially if placed on a weekend, holiday or during the Christmas season.

All orders are shipped via standard ground service and generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the time they leave Tennessee, depending on the final delivery destination. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Packages will be shipped at the time an order is placed. We cannot accommodate requests to hold placed orders for future ship dates.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our flat-rate standard ground shipping is only $12 per valid shipping address for ground service within the contiguous 48 states – no matter how much you ship at one time to one address! Please double check all address information for your orders. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

For deliveries to Alaska, and Hawaii there is an additional $40 shipping charge.

For international destinations, Canada, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, please call (615) 832-8197.

We ship virtually anywhere in the world. Cost will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please be aware that certain items may not be permitted through customs in some countries. Call (615) 832-8197 or email us to discuss international shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

For even faster delivery, we offer a variety of express shipping options. Costs for these services are (per box shipped to each address) the standard $12 Shipping Fee PLUS a $10 Service Charge for rush handling PLUS the following charges:

Priority Overnight (next business day by 10:30 am) - $60.00 additional

Standard Overnight (next business day by 3:00 pm) - $50.00 additional

2 Day (2nd business day by 4:30 pm) - $30.00 additional

Express Saver (3rd business day by 4:30 pm) - $15.00 additional

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Please inspect all orders upon receipt to check for damaged or defective goods. Recipient must contact Historic Travellers Rest within 72 hours of package receipt at (615) 832-8197 to obtain a refund or exchange an item. Depending on circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box it was delivered in, packaging materials and all box contents.
